Puppet Master (1989)
This eerie tale begins with the suicide death of a puppetmaster who has discovered the magic formula of bringing life to his puppets. Many years later a small group of psychics is summoned to the same lonely old hotel where the puppetmaster died. When they arrive they discover that one of their members had committed suicide. Each of them possess a different psychic gift. What follows is a macabre mystery with a particularly gruesome climax.
Animal Action
A Golden Retriever barks at one of the puppets. One of the psychics keeps a taxidermied Pekinese with her which comes back to life. The taxidermied dog was rented from a prop house.
