In the scene where the actor walks into the laundromat and looks down and sees a dog in a baby carriage, prior to filming the trainers placed the dog into his pink harness and then placed him in the baby stroller. The dog was comfortable in the baby stroller. The two trainers were nearby and just out of frame.

In the scene when the actor walks out of the elevator with the pig on the leash, the trainer cued the pig to walk toward with a clicker. The second trainer was also just out of frame off to the side of camera. He would hand the leash to the actress and then step outside the elevator and the doors to the elevator would close. The actress was inside the elevator with the small pig on leash for just a few moments before the doors were opened back up. The trainer would start clicking the clicker as soon as the elevator doors opened. The pig was kept on the leash at all times.

In the scene when the woman stood on top of a desk and held her dog which supposedly is what was used to make the woman fly into the vending machine. The woman on top of the desk held her dog in her arms and stepped down from the top of the desk onto the floor and walked into the vending machine room. She held her dog in her arms and pulled on the retractable leash that’s attached to the dog’s harness. No stunts were done with the real dog. They used a fake dog for stunts.

In the scene where the dog flies in the air, they filmed the dog against a greenscreen. The dog was placed on a stand stay and a sit stay both facing the camera and profile to the camera. The dog had a fan blowing lightly onto him to get movement from his fur. The trainer would also hold the dog up in her arms a few inches off of the blue screen to allow camera to film the dogs paws in the air on blue screen to simulate flying. The dog was either being held in the arms by his owner of placed on the blue screen to sit or stand. The actual action for the dog was very mild. The fan blowing was very gentle. The dog also did a growl by having his owner Cher show him a treat and give him a verbal cue and the dog would snake and bark for the treat.
