Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2023)
Animal Action

In the scene where we see school children in a large hallway looking at fish in two huge aquariums, the fish were placed on set the day prior and allowed to acclimate to the surroundings and the tanks. The wranglers were in close vicinity of the tanks monitoring ammonia and oxygen levels along with general stress levels of the fish.
Three children were placed in front of the larger tank with 15 fish. The children were given small 2oz containers of specific fish food and instructed on how to place the food into the tank. Upon completion of the scenes the levels were checked and the water was changed as necessary. The fish will remain in the tanks overnight and taken back to the main facility the following day.
In the scene where the actress walks through the village and passes chickens and goats, the trainers wheeled the chickens to set in their crates. They put chickens into the coop and secured the door. There were sticks so they could perch a water dish. Another trainer led the goats to set on a rope lead that was loose around their necks. She handed the leads to an extra that was comfortable walking them.
In the scene where two women talk and there’s a dog in the background, prior to filming a trainer took the dogs on leash and brought them to the mark. Between takes trainers gave the dog food and water.
